Blue Gillespie will be performing a gig in Cardiff at Dempseys on Friday 2nd April at 8:00 p.m. Tickets will cost £7 in advance and £8 on the door.
Blue Gillespie will be performing two gigs in London in May. The first on Saturday 22nd May will be at The Plough Inn in Walthomstow where the band have previously played. Tickets cost £7 in advance and can be booked via Ticketweb. The gig is expected to be popular and its a small venue so anyone wishing to attend is advised to book in advance. Event kicks off at 7:45.
The second gig on the Sunday night (23rd May) is at The Cavendish Arms in Stockwell and tickets cost £10 and can be purchased in advance from Cassie by contacting cassie_baker@hotmail.co.uk. Again the gig kicks off at 7:45.
The band have added further teasers from their upcoming album Synesthesia to their youtube channel and pre-orders for the new album opened today and can be purchased from their merchandise site. The album will be released on-line to purchase on 27th March and don't forget to check out their ebay page - money from the auctions will be going to help them raise money for the album release.
You can also support Blue Gillespie by voting for them in the Emerging Talent Awards. The top 15 acts in each category will be put forward to a panel of music experts who will choose their top acts with the public to determine the winner. The winner in each category gets a live slot at the Gaymers Camden Crawl as well as other prizes. This is an amazing opportunity for the band so please all get voting!
Finally in Torchwood news Gareth will be writing a comic strip in the next issue of Torchwood magazine. The current issue (featured below) went on sale on February 18th and features all new comic adventures and short stories featuring the Torchwood team including Ianto jones.
